1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the "Doza" iOS app, published by Infini Consulting (trading as "Infini Apps", RCS Paris 103 122 420, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.

2. The service

Doza is a personal tracking tool for GLP-1 treatments: an injection log, an estimated medication-level curve, weight and BMI tracking, and injection reminders. Your measurements and doses are stored locally, on your device (see the privacy policy).

3. Medical disclaimer

Doza is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The curve and levels it displays are mathematical estimates for informational purposes — they are not measurements of actual concentration. Never start, stop or change the dosage of a treatment without the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

4. License

Use of the app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The app and all of its content (design, text, graphics, code) remain the property of the publisher.

5. Doza Premium subscriptions

  • Doza offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Doza Premium"): an annual plan and a monthly plan. The exact price is shown in the app and on the App Store before any purchase.
  • When eligible, new users get a 14-day free trial of the annual plan, with full access.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled beforehand.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
  • Subscriptions are sold by Apple; applicable legal rights, including the right of withdrawal where it applies, must be exercised directly with Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (doses, dates, weight);
  • The app is intended for people aged 16 and over;
  • You agree not to misuse the app or to circumvent its technical protection measures.

7. Availability and warranty

The app is provided "as is." We work to make it reliable and accurate, but cannot guarantee it is entirely free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app — in particular for the consequences of any medical decision, which must always be made with a healthcare professional.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
