Methodology & sources

Last updated:

In short: the guides on dozaglp1.com are written by the Doza editorial team (“La rédaction Doza”) from official documents (SmPCs published by the EMA and ANSM, HAS, ameli.fr, Vidal, Journal officiel), checked before publication and dated. They inform; they do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. Doza is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device.

1. Who writes the guides

The guides and articles on this site are signed by the Doza editorial team (“La rédaction Doza”): the team that builds the Doza app, itself published by INFINI CONSULTING (Infini Apps), a French company whose details appear in the legal notice.

Our texts are documentary summaries: they report what official documents and published studies say, with references. They are neither written nor reviewed by a healthcare professional and do not constitute a consultation.

2. Our reference sources

Every guide relies on public documents, cited at the bottom of the page, with a link whenever the document is online:

  • Summaries of product characteristics (SmPCs) and package leaflets, published by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in English and in French; the ANSM’s public medicines database carries the same texts for France. They provide the official dosing, half-lives, side effects, injection sites and what to do after a missed dose.
  • Haute Autorité de santé (HAS): Transparency Committee opinions on Wegovy and Mounjaro.
  • Assurance Maladie (ameli.fr): coverage conditions, care pathway, reimbursement rates.
  • Vidal: public drug prices.
  • Journal officiel (Légifrance): ministerial orders listing drugs for reimbursement and their conditions, including the orders of 10 June 2026 on Wegovy and Mounjaro.
  • For clinical trials and public-health data: the original publications (New England Journal of Medicine, the ClinicalTrials.gov registry), peer-reviewed journals and databases (BMJ, PubMed), learned societies and international bodies (EASO, ACC, WHO), and manufacturers’ press releases. For pages about the United Kingdom: NICE and the NHS.

3. How we check

  • Before writing: every figure (dose, timing, rate, price, threshold) is taken first from the most recent official document. When a figure only exists in a secondary source (a survey, the specialist press, patient reports), the text attributes it explicitly to that source.
  • Before publication: several separate reviews, covering spelling and typography (French and English), the accuracy of the facts against the sources, and consistency between the French and English versions.
  • Visible dates: every guide shows its update date, repeated in its structured data; the legal pages and this page also carry their revision date. When an official text changes (a new order, a new leaflet), the guide is reviewed and its date updated.
  • Cited sources: at the bottom of every guide (the glossary, which describes vocabulary, points to the sourced guides); online sources are linked and declared in the page’s structured data.

4. Information, not medical advice

Our content describes what official texts provide for and what published studies show. It does not take your personal situation into account and never replaces the advice of your doctor or pharmacist: treatment decisions, doses, changes of medication and the management of side effects are for them to decide.

No article recommends a dose or a dosing schedule: the doses mentioned are those of the official leaflets, quoted for information only. If you have a worrying symptom or an emergency, contact your doctor or call your local emergency number.

5. Doza is not a medical device

  • Doza is a personal tracking app: a log of your injections, your weight and your effects. It is not a medical device and makes no diagnosis.
  • The curve it displays is an estimate produced by a mathematical model based on the half-lives published in the leaflets; it is not a clinical measurement.
  • The app does not recommend any dose: it records what you enter and reminds you of your injections.
  • Your measurements and doses never leave your iPhone (see the privacy policy).

6. Report an error

An error, an outdated source, a figure to double-check? Write to contact@dozaglp1.com with the page address and the source you believe is correct. We check, correct and update the page’s date.
