How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Doza, then tap "Cancel Subscription". If you cancel during the 14-day free trial, you are not charged.
How do I restore a purchase on a new iPhone?
Install Doza: the subscription screen appears when you open the app. Tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom of that screen while signed in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription is tied to your App Store account — there is no Doza account.
How do I export my data?
Your weight entries can be synced with Apple Health if you allow it — an independent copy you keep outside Doza. You can also share an anonymous progress card from the app. Your measurements themselves stay on your iPhone: no server holds them.
How do I contact support?
Write to contact@dozaglp1.com and we usually reply within two business days. No need to include personal data: your measurements stay on your iPhone and we have no access to them.
