In short: your measurements and doses (injections, weight, height,
how you feel) are stored on your iPhone and are never sent to us.
Two technical exceptions, described below: subscription validation (section 5) and
usage statistics that contain none of your measurements
(section 6). No account, no ads, no advertising trackers.
One more thing: anything you share yourself (such as the progress card) obviously
leaves the device; and if you have enabled iCloud backup or Apple Health sync,
Apple keeps an encrypted copy of your data, under your control.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The "Doza" app is published by Infini Consulting (trading as
"Infini Apps"), a company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register
(RCS) under number 103 122 420 (full details on the
legal notice page). For any questions about your data,
contact: contact@infini-apps.com.
2. What data is processed
All the data below is entered by you and stored
only on your device:
- Your injections (medication, dose, date, injection site) and how you feel;
- Your weight and, if you enter it, your height (for the BMI calculation);
- Your preferences (units, default treatment, frequency, reminders).
If you share something yourself (for example the progress card), it leaves the
device through your own action, to the app you choose.
3. Health data (Apple HealthKit)
If — and only if — you allow it, the app accesses Apple's Health app (HealthKit)
to:
- read your weight and heart rate in order to display them in the app;
- write the weights you enter, so they sync with the Health app.
This health data is never sent to us, is never used for
advertising or marketing, and is never sold. If you have
enabled iCloud sync for the Health app, Apple keeps an encrypted copy — that is
your Apple setting, not ours. You can revoke Doza's access at any time in
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Doza.
4. Notifications
If you enable them, injection reminders are local notifications,
scheduled and triggered on your device only — no notification server is used.
5. In-app purchases
"Doza Premium" subscriptions are offered through Apple's App Store; we never have
access to any payment details. To check your subscription status (trial, active,
expired), the app relies on our provider RevenueCat, Inc. (United
States). It receives your purchase history and a
technical identifier specific to your installation — never your
health data, never your identity. This transfer to the United States is covered by
the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Purchase events are also
counted in our usage statistics (see section 6).
6. Usage statistics (TelemetryDeck)
To understand how the app is used and improve it, we count
usage events: a screen viewed, a dose logged, a weight entry
added — never the dose, weight, medication or symptom itself.
Each event travels with technical information: app version, device model and iOS
version, language and region, display preferences, and usage counters (number of
sessions, days of use).
The only exception to the "never the value" rule: purchase
events indicate the plan chosen, the store country, the currency and an
approximate amount converted to US dollars. No payment details are ever included.
These statistics are processed by TelemetryDeck GmbH (Augsburg,
Germany) and stored in the European Union. They travel with a
hashed technical identifier specific to your installation:
neither we nor TelemetryDeck can trace it back to you. No IP address is kept, no
advertising identifier, no cross-app tracking.
They are kept for as long as needed for analysis, then deleted. This is simple
audience measurement — which is why you don't see a consent banner.
7. What we do not do
- None of your measurements (dose, medication, weight, symptom) is sent to a server;
- No user account, no sign-up;
- No ads, no advertising trackers;
- No selling of your data, and no sharing for advertising purposes;
- Usage statistics are not linked to any identity (section 6).
8. Retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device for as long as the app is installed. To delete
everything, uninstall the app. Data written to the Health app is managed directly
in Apple's Health app. If your device's iCloud backup is enabled, the app's backup
is included in it, encrypted.
9. Your rights (GDPR)
Your data is on your device: you view, edit and delete it
directly in the app (and in the Health app for HealthKit data).
Usage statistics are not linked to anyone — so we cannot find "your" events to
hand them over or erase them; sending stops when you uninstall the app.
Need to reach us? contact@infini-apps.com. You may also lodge a
complaint with the French data protection authority, the
CNIL, or with your local supervisory authority.
10. Children
The app is not intended for anyone under 16.
11. Medical disclaimer
Doza is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, and the
curve it displays is an indicative estimate, not a measurement of
actual concentration. Always consult a healthcare professional for any decision
about your treatment.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows the latest
revision.
